  • Description: This course provides an in-depth look into the permanent residence categories relating to family class sponsorships. It focuses on the rigorous case management and evidentiary standards required to acquire, verify, and submit authentic documentation for spousal and family applications.

Learning Objectives:

  •  Identify the permanent residence categories and analyze the requirements, procedures, and limitations for family class immigration.
  •  Conduct comprehensive interviews to collect required information and obtain documentation to verify the accuracy of the client's account.
  •  Evaluate whether the information and documents provided by the client are complete, accurate, valid, and authentic before submission.
