Accreditation and Compliance NotesThis bundle satisfies the complete Law Society of Ontario annual CPD requirement of 12 hours for the reporting year ending 31 December 2026, including the minimum 3 Professionalism hours of which at least 1 hour addresses equality, diversity and inclusion. CPD House is an Accredited Provider of Professionalism Content approved by the Law Society of Ontario (formerly the Law Society of Upper Canada). CPD House is an approved Accredited CPD Provider of professional responsibility and ethics, client care and relations, practice management, and substantive law content with the Law Society of British Columbia. Under LSO requirements, EDI hours are recognized within the Professionalism category. The EDI session in this bundle is therefore counted toward the Professionalism total as well as being identified separately. All sessions are delivered in live, real time webinar format with direct access to the educator, and qualify as interactive CPD for LSO reporting purposes. A Certificate of Attendance is issued following each session. Participants are responsible for recording their own hours in the LSO Member Portal. Attendance is verified during each live session in accordance with Law Society standards for real time programming. |
