Seminar summary.

A spouse can apply for a visitor visa after submitting a spousal sponsorship application for permanent residence. This is a relatively new practice, particularly with the introduction of a new policy aimed at reuniting families. If the spouse is outside Canada, they can apply for a visitor visa (also known as a Temporary Resident Visa or TRV) while their permanent residency application is being processed.
This course will cover the required criteria, documents and pitfalls to avoid.
