CPD House Refund Policy

Important note: Eligible refund requests are not processed over the phone. Please read the following details carefully to determine if you are eligible to apply for a refund. Then, send us an email with your full name, email address, and license number.

All CPD events for RCICs are presented, facilitated, and delivered on behalf of Canadian Career Education College O/A CPD House as an approved CPD provider directly or indirectly. The registrant is requested to verify the accreditation status of the individual event/course from the respective regulator's website before completing the registration. CPD House. 

Live Format CPD Course(s)

Suppose you have registered for a single event/course or bundle that includes live-format courses and has not been presented yet. In that case, you are eligible to apply for a refund, subject to a refund administration fee of $29. You may request an in-house credit without any deduction. Send an email to use the credit for any future registration.

Video Format CPD Course(s)

If you have registered for a course which has been presented and offered in video format, we do not offer any refund because the course contents and material have been relayed and delivered. There is no refund for any course or bundle in video format.
