Seminar summary.

Suppose a caregiver applied for permanent residence under the Workers in Canada public policy stream of 1 of the Home Care Worker Immigration pilots, and they are out of status. In that case, they may be eligible to restore or extend their status in Canada and get an open work permit. Their accompanying family members may also be eligible to regain their status in Canada and get a work or study permit.
This course will cover an overview of requirements and the process.
