Seminar summary.

When you are retained to deal with Immigration matters involving family violence issues in a family law matter, you face an array of serious, nuanced, and ongoing risks and obligations. A slight conflict in understanding and applying the law and jurisdiction may result in severe consequences affecting the client's immigration status or pending application. This course will cover the basics of determining the issues and related jurisdictions to work in the best interest of the client.
