Upgrading to a full mock exam
You do not need to register again or re-upload your documents. You are already verified, so upgrading is a short process.
Your verification carries over
We already hold your ID, your proof of graduation and your proof of candidacy from the free trial. You will only be asked for a document again if your exam date has changed, in which case we need the updated registration so your access period lines up with your sitting.

How to upgrade
STEP 1
Log in
Use the same username and password you were given for the free trial.
STEP 2
Open your profile
From your dashboard, follow the link marked How to Upgrade Your Exam Access.
STEP 3
Choose your track
RCIC, RISIA, RCIC-IRB, P1 or Bar. Check the details on screen match your official documents before you confirm.
STEP 4
Pay and wait for approval
Once payment clears, our exam team confirms the upgrade and emails you the new access details.
Allow 24 to 48 business hours
Upgrades are confirmed by a person, not automatically. If your exam is close, do this now rather than the night before. Your 90 days begin when the upgrade is approved, not when you pay, so nothing is lost to the wait.

Common questions
Do I lose the attempts I have already used?
No. The full track gives you four fresh attempts. Trial attempts are separate and do not count against them.
Can I upgrade after my trial has expired?
Yes. Your verification remains on file. If your exam date has changed since you first registered, send us the updated registration so your access period matches your sitting.
Can I switch to a different exam track?
Yes, choose the track you need above. If you are moving between the CICC and LSO streams we will need proof of candidacy for the new one.
I have not started a free trial. Can I use this page?
No. This page is for candidates who already hold a verified free trial. If you are starting from scratch, register directly: CICC tracks or LSO tracks.
I hold a CPD bundle. Do I still get the member rate?
The member discount applies to the RCIC-IRB specialisation exam. Make sure you are logged into your active bundle profile before you upgrade, or the system will not recognise your membership.
If anything does not work as described, email support rather than starting a second registration.
