Program Access & Usage Restrictions

To maintain the integrity of the Professional Certificate and ensure compliance with Law Society auditing standards, the following access restrictions apply to all registrants:

• Single-User License: Registration grants a personal, non-transferable license to the individual named during enrollment. Registrants are strictly prohibited from sharing login credentials, passcodes, or access links with colleagues or third parties.

• Credential Integrity: Automated attendance and watch-time tracking are tied specifically to the registrant's unique profile. Sharing access will invalidate the tracking data, resulting in the forfeiture of CPD credits and the Professional Certificate.

• Intellectual Property Protection: All course materials—including video lectures, templates, and proprietary "Cheat Sheets"—are the intellectual property of Can-College / CPDHouse. Registrants may download provided templates for personal practice use but are prohibited from recording, reproducing, or distributing course videos or curriculum content.

• Security Monitoring: Our Learning Management System (LMS) monitors for concurrent logins from multiple IP addresses or unusual access patterns. Unauthorized access attempts may lead to the immediate suspension of the account without a refund.

• Verification of Identity: We reserve the right to request professional identification to verify that the person attending the live or on-demand sessions matches the Law Society / Bar Admission number provided at registration.

Video CPD Access: Instructions and Licensing Policy

To ensure a secure and seamless learning experience, CPDHouse.org (operating as P.D.L.E.S. and Canadian Career Education College) utilizes a direct-delivery system for all video-based Continuing Professional Development.

Access Instructions

Upon the successful completion of your registration and payment, your access credentials will be delivered according to the following protocol:

• Automated Email Delivery: You will instantly receive a confirmation email containing step-by-step instructions. This email includes a Secure Access Link and a unique Access Password (Note: This password is case-sensitive and separate from your profile login).

• On-Demand Availability: For most programs, the video is available for immediate viewing. For upcoming live events, the video recording will typically be accessible within 24 business hours of the live presentation.

• No Software Required: Our videos are hosted on a secure, cloud-based streaming platform. You can view your CPD directly in your web browser (Chrome or Firefox recommended) without downloading additional software or media players.
